Well, I've lived here for nearly a year now, only had a few things go wrong in my apartment and the management was quick to respond and most issues were resolved the same day. I love the little things they do like the early bird payment contest (I won once this year); my daughter loves the treasure chest that she gets to select from each month. The "referral rewards" are really great, my last apartment community only gave us $50. I've had 2 friends move in and they rewarded me with a total of $500! I'm looking forward to the Christmas gift wrap thing and another happy year here.
