I lived here for 14 months and I now live in a house. If you want a nice person to rent from, Kathy is an awesome person and she was the only reason I stayed as long as I did.

But if you don't like noise, robberies, or drug dealers, then this isn't the place for you.

I lived next door to these people from India or Greece and they had 3 people including their teenage daughter and this ugly lady that works at Wal-Mart with bleach blonde hair. (I hope they read this) in a one bedroom apartment and they were loud as hell. I am surprised I made it out of there alive..lol. You can hear every noise your neighbor makes, and there is usually nowhere to park.

And yes, the snow is unbareable in the winter. There was also paint cans littered throughout the property, trash and unlocked old refrigerators. That is really safe for little kids..


I had no problem with the maintenance, but I was friendly and sociable with them.
Scott with blonde hair is a sweetheart, but the other one with the brown hair is an A-hole. Watch out for him and if you file noise complaints, he won't do anything about it, maybe put a note on their door. He will probably make some idle threat at you and thats about it. If you want your security deposit back, then clean the apartment back to the way you got it. And don't forget to change the drip pans on the stove :-)

I could go on and on, but you get the point. Take the 400 dollars a month and rent a house or duplex.

I cannot believe any poster that says they would live in a crime ridden area just because the management is nice. Please set your sights a little higher.
