The Marina

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/6/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I've been here almost a year. I find that things here at the Marina are a "little different" than other places I've lived. Sure the rent is okay, but you get what you pay for. I don't think the tenants care about where they live or the people they have to live next to. There are some nice folks here, but its the bad ones that make this place the rundown eyesore that it is. My neighbor upstairs throws her McDonalds and White Castle bags right outside her car on the ground when she gets out. Her kids do the same and she never corrects their behavior. That same trash sometimes lays there for days. I think that if the people cared about others feelings, this place wouldn't be so bad. Loud music, loud voices, doors slamming, children screaming are just a few of the 'niceties' afforded you here at the Marina. My lease is up in about another 5 months. I do not have any intention of renewing it.
