I cannot believe that the whole staff left shorly after I moved-in in December. I know that one of my neighbors told me that they all left on their own, but I wonder why. The current staff is hardly ever available to you when you have an issue and cannot address it without calling someone else in the "corporate office". Why the hell not just have the corporate person on site to assist the residents. The only reason I moved here was becasue of the cool office gal, Kathy, but like I said, the staff all left. The people in the office are rude and nasty to me, so I definately will be moving out when my lease is up, not to mention the bad maintenance. One of my friends that lives here said she never had a problem getting anything fixed before, but now the new owners, or at least the people in the office say they don't have the money to fix this or replace that. If you have the funds, move somewhere else and pay a little more if you can and truly get what you are paying for. Oh yeah, make sure the people who sell you on the place will be sticking around to honor their obligations during your stay.

I think you don't know what you are talking about, the new management has take over 11/2005 and they spend hundreds of thousand dollars....I can see that from the new roofs, new paint, nice lake setup, new asphalts, new lights, nice high fountain, very new clean swimming pool, fixing all the entrances stairs and new club house. I can say they are trying to do there best for this complex from inside and outside.
