I was a resident of the marina. Our car got broken into, the management sucked, we had mold in the apartment, the maintance was crap, and i still have nightmares about living there. The management will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease, then treat you like ----. If you complain infront of someone who is signing a lease, they will act like you're crazy and a physical threat to them. I pitty the person who signed the lease when I complained about the mold in the apartment. In the winter my clothes froze in the washer and the dryer was broken. The good news about this apartment complex is that it is next to a laundry mat. And don't let all of the positive reviews of this place fool you, they were put on here by the manipulative staff of the marina.
