My fiance and i have lived there for almost 2 years, and it's been just fine. For the money on the North side, it's great. The other apartments we saw in that area we're a lot worse and didn't include a washer and dryer.
The maintenance and office staff have fixed everything we call about in amazingly quick pace.
It's not the greatest, but it's clean and we have great neighbors, and the grounds are really well kept. There are some bugs, but it's an older apt.
Most people who live there I've noticed are really friendly.
All in all, not a bad place to live for the money.
