The Masters

There are better options From: ep445 Date posted: 3/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   PROS: Screened in back porch/deck Location (in Castleton but in a spot that avoids some of the traffic) CONS: Rude management Washer/dryer that comes with unit VERY small Maintenance rarely permanently fixed anything Layout with alot of wasted space Parking was becoming a problem by the time I bought a house REALLY needs some updating (new carpet, appliances, cabinets, etc.) Inefficient heating/cooling (cost for 1000 ft2 apartment about the same as my 1750 ft2 house) I chose the Masters when I moved to Indy and had a very short time to lease an apartment. I think had I had more time I would have made a better choice. I would not and have not recommended The Masters to friends that have relocated to Indy.
