About to move in... From: Adlib Date posted: 2/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   I have to say that I already recommend this place because I have an aunt, grandma, and boyfriend who live there. I'm also about to live there. I spend extended periods there already, and I have to say that they don't have complaints, and I can't say that I will either. I love that you can pay rent online which saves so much time rather than running a check to the office. My loved ones LOVE it there. It's close to all the major Castleton areas of interest and kinda out of the way of traffic. Compared to where I'm moving FROM, it's a dream come true. I read some of the reviews that talk about security. Well, it's Indianapolis, not SmallTown USA, so what do you expect' Crime happens, it's not area specific. And the washer/dryers' It's an apartment! What do you expect' Apartments are not houses so of course there are space restrictions. You're just lucky you have one already in there. Plus, apartments fall into disrepair over time, but I just watched their progress on fixing the outsides of the buildings this summer to make it look nicer. You can't build them new every year. I think people forget about that. I have to update this post. LOVE it here. The management changed between when I put my deposit down and when I moved in, but so far no complaints. Nice side of town, close to everything. It's been totally cool. Also nice to be close to my aunt, grandma, and b/f who live in this complex. It's a nice place, same location as the pricey apartments, and are kept up even though they've been here a while. Waiting list is HUGE so if you're even thinking about moving here, get on that list ASAP.
