It's funny because I was so mad when I moved out last week that I planned to do everything I could to get their rating down on here. Turns out I don't need to do that at all. I mean I could go on and on about the robberies, solicitors,inept staff, and the false pet charges but it would seem others have already done it. I only wish there had been more reviews like this when I moved in a year ago. I can only hope now that other's will be smart enough to look at these reviews prior to even considering moving in there. Please beware! The staff will come off as nice and helpful but once you sign the lease kiss that goodbye. The security team that seems like an added bonus will never respond in a timely matter. I found it was better to call the real police. Oh yes, the security are sheriffs and they live on the property but they are a joke!!!! When I moved out the staff were very polite right up until the $800 dollar carpet replacement bill. Apparently, like many others on here my dog can move furniture and pee in spots that I can neither detect or smell. Although apparently their crack managment team with their super smelling powers can detect. I mean of course it had to smell like pee or they would not have pulled the carpet up....right' Hmmm, I'll end by simply saying DON'T MOVE HERE!
