PROFESSIONAL'! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 1 response   THIS SPECIFIC BRANCH APPEARS DECENT BUT HAS MANY UNDERLYING PROBLEMS THAT THE CORPORATION IGNORES FROM THEIR OWN RESIDENTS. MY PRIMARY CONCERN IS THE OFFICE STAFF. INITIALLY THEY ARE FRIENDLY BUT ONCE A RESIDENT IT IS A DIFFERENT STORY(I.E. THE MANAGER IS RUDE AND UNFRIENDLY). PEOPLE I WORK WITH AT A HOSPITAL HAVE ATTESTED TO THIS AS WELL. THE MOST RECENT PROBLEM I'VE HAD: THE OFFICE STAFF READS ELECTRIC & WATER METERS(PROFESSIONAL') IN WHICH THEY MADE AN ERROR AND AUTO WITHDREW THAT MONEY THE NEXT MONTH WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR ANY SORT OF NOTIFICATION!! I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE CORPORATION BUT OF COURSE NO RESPONSE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH WHATSOEVER. A POSITIVE: THE MAINTENANCE STAFF IS GREAT!
