As new a resident at the Park, I feel certain that I have made the correct decision on where I have moved. When looking for my new home, the Staff at the Park was nothing but helpful. When walking through the door, I was welcomed by a very knowledgeable associate. The management staff is very polite and patient when signing my lease. I certainly recent no runaround during this process. When moving in, I was delighted by the welcome package I recieved. I must have come from the assistant manager. She is such the charmer. Everything from the childrens playground to the instruction on how to use my fireplace are very much appreciated. It is very nice to start my day with the view of Eagle Creek Park. This place is a must for those who enjoy great living at a reasonable price.

Manager has been very helpful and professional. Very friendly and patient with any question I have had since my stay.

This is for the Manager who wrote about herself. She is not friendly let alone very friendly. Maybe is she would come out of her office or return a call when someone calls her she could be helpful. When I went into the office she shut the door in my face. If I would have had time to look for a new apartment at my renewal I would have moved elsewhere. I had to call corp. to get her to talk to me.

wait a few months, it will all go downhill. Thats how it is- friendly at first, then as soon as you need something they go and hide under their desks.
