AS THE PREVIOUS RESIDENT NOTED FOR EVERY 1 NEGATIVE THERE IS 2 OR 3 POSTIVE RESPONSES. IF YOU BELIEVE ALL THOSE SUPPER POSTIVE REVIEWS ARE FROM OTHER RESIDENTS AND NOT SOMEONE ON THE STAFF AT THE PRIVATE RESERVE, THEN GOOD LUCK. KEEP IN MIND THERE IS TRUTH TO EVERY STORY. EVERYONES EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT. I WOULD URGE ANYONE READING THESE TO LOOK CLOSELY AT EACH REVIEW AND THE RESPONSES. I'M NOT SO SURE ABOUT THE COMMENT ABOUT THE PROPERTY MANAGER, WHEN I MEET HER SHE SEEMED FAIRLY FRIENDLY. I CAN SAY SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE IN THE OFFICE THAT SEEMED TO GET THE JOB DONE WHEN THERE WAS A PROBLEM EVEN THOUGH IS SEEMED TO TAKE TWO,THREE OR SOMETIMES FOUR REQUEST FOR THINGS TO GET REPARIED CORRECTLY AND SOMETIMES NOT REPARIED AT ALL. SEE IT FOR YOURSELF, VISIT AT OFF HOURS, ASK FOR A TOUR OF THE WHOLE COMMUNITY INCLUDING THE CLUB HOUSE THEN MAKE YOUR DECISION. YOU MAY BE ABLE TO EXCEPT SOME OF THE THINGS. I WASNT HAPPY AT THE PRIVATE RESERVE AND I DIDNT FEEL SAFE AT ALL. I HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE START SO THE REST OF MY STAY DIDN'T LEAVE A LOT OF ROOM FOR ERROR. COMMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE REGARDING RATHER FOLKS CAN AFFORD TO LIVE IN THE PRIVATE RESERVE, I AM A PREVIOUS RESIDENT OF THE PRIVATE RESERVE, I COULD AFFORD THE RENT PAYMENT WITHOUT A PROBLEM, MY CREDIT IS NOT AN ISSUE. THE BOTTOM LINE IS I WAS NOT IMPRESSED AND WAS PROMISED A LOT OF THINGS AND THE PRIVATE RESERVE DID NOT HOLD UP TO THEIR END OF THE BARGIN. MY ADVISE TO ANYONE LOOKING WOULD BE TO CHOOSE WISELY

It certainly does...and I agree!! what a dump...it's like an ugly person getting cosmetic surgery, underneath it's still ugly...get out while you can!! Where did they get these maintenance guys? they are the most incompetent idiots I've ever seen!!

I would really have to disagree with you! These are such harsh comments to a community that is in the middle of making huge improvements. Every property has to undergo some type of renovation after they start to show their age. What is wrong with that? It just seems like you are bitter for no good reason and wants to take it out on someone. I live here myself and have never had a problem, these are such beautiful apartments with such great amenities, Theres plenty of parking, the office staff is wonderful and so helpful. For safety, theres a courtesy officer living on the property and is on call 24/7, These apartments are slightly higher than the apartments down the street because obviously YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! A Gorgeous brand new apartment thats HUGE, what more can you ask for? Oh yea, I love my remote controlled fireplace!!
