The owner/management keep trying to increase their reviews. Come on 5 great reviews in the last 5 days- this place is not the best. They tried to convert it to condos but that didn t work so now they are renting it back as apartments. Also- be cautious with children they take pit-bull which are known to be aggressive. Gates provide artificial security and are often broken and left open

i believe you are right for every bad review there are 2 great reviews it looks like the mgt company has lots of vacant units looks like they have nothing better to do then sit around giving their community all these ratings thanks for letting us know where not to rent

This is a fantastic community as evidenced by their fast lease up of over 100 units in a short period of time. This is what you call "high rent district", and you do get what you pay for. So if 100 people are happy and 2 are not, dahhhhh.
