I have been a resident of The Private Reserve for many years and consider it the Best Townhome Complex not because it is perfect but because of what the Owner and Present Management Staff have done and are continuing to do with the property. Before it was The Private Reserve it was full of vacancies, people who did not have pride in their community as one of their top priorities (with a few exceptions). The owner has done whatever it takes to continually make changes to make this community the wonderful place it has become and is still becoming. I would also like to add that the present Manager Denise is one of the best, most efficient, and kind-hearted managers that the Property has ever had. She has a heart for this Property that few Managers have had. She doesn't seem to stick her nose in the private affairs of the residents yet works with them to meet their needs and makes every effort to make sure that maintenance responds properly to maintenance requests and she is always open to comments and suggestions for improvements. I am so glad that I didn't leave during the time that everyone else was "Fed up". WAY TO GO DENISE!!!

if you are relocating to indiana you are asked to please do not rent an apt just because the ratings look good everything that is black and white is not always what it looks like get reports from the police, a few new things in a apt does not mean all is well the reviews are put in by the community staff u be the judge besides there are so many new communities that unless u have a financial problem new is so much better then old and rehab

Probably from a low life person with now life is the one that posts these negative reviews, for no good reason or intent. This is a great apartmet complex, no doubt. Come see for yourself.
