It's pretty obvious management writes some reviews on here. It took a week to get our heater fixed...during the coldest week of winter. Same thing happened with our AC in the summer! We got a $700 bill upon moveout for replacing the carpet. There were no stains. Our car got broken into Christmas Eve in the poorly lit parking lot. When we told the office, they rolled their eyes. There is no landscaping except around the office and back entry way. The gate is often broken. No one picks up their animal waste. We moved out immediately after our lease was up!

Next time u go renting an apartment perform a back ground check on your landlord if this landlord is know to have a felony then u need to take your money and family some place else The Private Reserve Luxury Townhomes and las palmas aprtment homes have the same owner the same man that was on TV a few years ago being arrested for stealing from section 8 housing which is the same man that went to jail in florida for the same thing he makes his money from stealing from the poor and when u move out that's when they charge u an arm and a leg always take pictures when u move out of a rental property that is your proff that the apt/home was left in good condition and always fill out your movein report and have the manager sign it along with your signed Lease if the carpet has 10 stains u writ it on the movein report anything that is permanent damage when u rent a manager runs a back ground check then why can't u run one on the owner that u want to rent from it does not matter how many good reviews these complexes get the people that have lived in them know the truth i was charged a gas bill for 3 months after i left the complex where i was living so i know what u mean so forget about the good reviews and check the apts out yourself las palmas apartment homes is roach infested and the crime in this property is even worst so i do believe what u are saying about The Private Reserve Luxury Townhomes

omg we are not idiots out here we know that if we are moving out all utilities must be transfer but i was not being billed by citizens gas but by the billing company that was doing the billing for the complex!

Above is all false and not the truth.Gas is billed here by the gas company and has nothing to do with the tenant. I had a similar issue in another community cause I did not bother calling the gas company when I moved out. Serves us right. Turn off your utilities when you move out, dahhhh.
