I live here and referred a co-worker to move in. When he told me about this site I was somewhat suprised to read some of the reviews posted. I am in the customer service industry so I do know that, unfortunately, negative feedback is typically what people choose to express over positive so I wanted to post the my positive experience. My experience here has been good so far and I absolutely love my apartment. I chose The Private Reserve because of the space and I love being able to grill on my back porch but also because I did feel comfortable with the person I worked with when looking for my new apartment. When I made my decision to move here I was working with Denise and I have also had interaction with Nikay, who is also very pleasant. Although I see she is very busy, I have had encounters with Denise following my move in and never have I felt like she did not care or that she was rude. The remarks made about her in other reviews are, I feel, very ridiculous. Anyway, to summarize, I have lived here for almost 11 months and I enjoy it and I do love my apartment. I honestly do not have anything to complain about and plan to live here as long as I am employed in Indianapolis. I have one recommendation and that would be to focus some more on the lawn, lighting and I have expressed that and it is obvious that this is a work in progress because I have seen some improvement.
To my co-worker, who is moving in, and any others reading these reviews.... Everyone has their own opinion and circumstance so you must just see for yourself and I would not solely rely on others reviews to be a determining factor whether positive or negative.
