I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AROUND 7 MONTHS AND I LOVE MY PLACE. I HAVE MET A LOT OF MY NEIGHBORS AND EVERYONE SO FAR SEEMS VERY DECENT. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY NEGATIVE EXPERIENCES IN REGARDS TO THE STAFF... EVERYONE THAT I SEE SEEMS TO BE PRETTY BUSY WORKING BUT ALWAYS MAKE A POINT TO ACKNOWLEDGE ME AND IF LAVON IS ANYWHERE CLOSE I AM GREETED WITH A HANDSHAKE EACH AND EVERYTIME. HE IS A SUPERB AND CLASSY GUY. I HAVE NOT BEEN IN THE OFFICE TOO MANY TIMES DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE BUT I DID HAVE TO CALL ONCE PRETTY LATE AT NIGHT AND DENISE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND LAVON WAS THERE VERY QUICKLY. THE ONLY THING I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IMPROVE IS THE TENNIS/BASKETBALL COURTS. THAT WOULD BE NICE FOR NEXT SPRING/SUMMER.

My huband son and I have live here since April of 08' and I love it!!! We have had not issues! It seems safe, my son loves it. It's not ghetto and the staff is very professional. If there is a maintenance issue, it is fixed right away. I can said when we were shown the model, our apartment, looked just like it!! I will never move, unless I hit the lottery!
