I have lived here since summer 08 and I havven't had too many issues. I love my apartment, it looks just like the model because thats what I wanted! Ha ha "shined poo" I don't understand this one... yes it was colder this winter but my hme is 1300 footage. It takes more to heat up! I'd rather have the space than live in a 700 foot apartment that basic but warmer. My dog loves it here too nice walking space and cool neighbors. Summer was great here, winter was ok but hey it was a bad winter everywhere. Maintenance: I had a small leak tey came that day, I think thats all I had to call about'!'!
