Place is not too bad. The apartment was pretty clean moving in. Kitchen items are old and somewhat hard to use. Probably best apartment value in the city. The neighborhood is seemingly getting better though there have been a rash of car break ins in the parking lot. There was also talk of someone breaking into the apartments early on, but that ceased quickly.

Other tenats are younger and I haven't seen any children.

I would stay here, but I'm looking to move out of the city. If I were to stay in the city and needed to save money this would be a good choice. If I had a little bit more money to spend I would not choose the Van ----.

Maintenance is helpful, but management seems more content on saving money than helping to fix problems.
