We have lived here for over 5 years. We have experienced it all. From Gun Shots, to drug dealers, to Spanish families with 6 cars and 9 people in one apartment. Which means no parking space for your car. The office does nothing, when it comes to complaints. But they do fix things when they break down. The first 3 years here were not too bad, then the office seemed to quit doing any checks and only focused on quotas and money. We have never been able to use the pool the entire time we have lived here It is always over run with kids, and no parents in sight. Parents let kids do whatever they want. Society and the apartment complex is their babysitter. The kids stand in the middle of the road and won't move, they dare you to hit them. The kids around here are rude and basically will say whatever they want to you. No one in the complex is that friendly, we have only known the name of our next door neighbor once. We try to be friendly being Christians, but they don't want to be bothered. I have counted the Sheriff department coming here for whatever over 200 times since we moved in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This area is not livable anymore, unless you like rude people, thumping cars, and police helicopters with search lights. Take my advice drive right by this place and thank God this isn't where you live. We have given this place chance after chance, we have talked to the office, and filed out forms until we were blue in the face. We have had enough and are moving in November. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
