Few, if any places can match the physical upkeep of Three Fountains East. Although neary 40 years old, the community has invested in major upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms in the past two years. It is soundly ran and pays its bills in a timely fashion. Unlike other cooperatives, Three Fountains paid off its mortgage with HUD ahead of time and continues to reinvest in its community. Some residents have lived here for 3o or more years choosing to make this their home. There are no Section 8 units here. Members are expected to pay on time and to follow some simple reasonable and common sense rules and regulations which lends itself to secure,safe and happy tennancy.
The staff is well trained and knowledgeable. Staff have lived and worked at Three Fountains for many years and with little turnover in the staff, it makes the place run better and more economically.
Kirkpatrick Management Comapany and the Board of Directors have worked hard to mimimize operating costs yet meet all maintenance demands of its residents. A drive past Three Fountains will leave you with a picture which is more than words will ever fully cover.
