Turtle Creek Apartments

Not subsidized, but you must be below a set income level From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   I have enjoyed my time living at Turtle Creek and the new renovations are nice, but you do have to be below a certain income level. I think is about $26,000 a year for one person. My time has been nice, but it hasn't been as great since the new property manager came on. The office staff is still really great, but the new property manager doesn't seem very friendly. I would recommend Turtle Creek if you fit the income level.
