I think the overall standards are going downhill. I've been here a while so I have the background to judge.
When the iron fence and gates were first installed, you had the feeling that it was good for security. In the last year they can't decide whether to leave them open, shut, partially open, sometimes open, sometimes shut or whatever. Mostly it's just open 24 hours which is an invitation to the bad guys to do their mischief like try to steal cars. And sure enough one Saturday morning as I was going to my car a young lady told me to watch my car and that hers had been broken into and the steering column torn apart that night.
Another thing I'd like to address is the number of favorable reviews on this apartment complex. They are obviously written and submitted by either the staff or the owners of the complex. So if you discount those, you have a much lower satisfaction rate. One person wrote a negative review and then clicked on yes for recommend. I don't understand that, but you can count that as a no in actuality.
By the way, I'm not a disgruntled former emloyee or a disgruntled anything. I'm actually very gruntled. Just be aware that things are going downhill here.
