I recently moved in and everything is going pretty good. You have the occassional kids running up and down the stairs playing. Also, you have some people that don't understand the concept of a trash can (like eating Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and throwing the wrapper down. The only problem I had was telling the young lady that showed me my apartment that I had a portable washer and dryer. At no time did she tell me that they were not allowed on the community. I talked to the manager and she stated that this is their policy. I wish they had of told me that before I signed the lease since I did mention it to the young leasing consultant. This is frustrating and I wonder what else will I be told I can't have and given a 4 day notice to get rid of it. The only other complaint is occassional yelling in the parking lot late at night and my neighbors upstairs are vampires and walk constantly. Other than that, I like it.

Agree! I like it here & the staff is nice & helpful but my upstairs neighbors walk around ALL night long! It's odd! Oh & my new next door neighbors think their 1 Bdrm Apt is a party zone, usually about 10 people there all the time & slamming the door constantly! yikes! I've already had to yell at them at 4am for fighting in the hall twice & they just moved in a month ago! They really need to learn respect for their neighbors.
