Careful' Don't need to be here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   My apartment here is an old apartment, yes. It is also a very nice apartment. They have completely remodeled apartments, I chose not to have one of those though. The staff is great, and the neigborhood looks great as well. I have not had an apartment here very long, but I chose to move here because I have friends that have lived here a very long time. One for 6 years, the other for 4 years. One of them moved out, and now live in thier own house. They said they wish they never would have moved out. The area is great, and having a big fenced in backyard is nice. The neighbors all seem to be very nice as well. I understand that they are under new management, and that some stuff is supposed to be better, but knowing that someone has lived here for 6 years, and loved it, that kind of makes me believe that some of the other reviews might have just been a vindictive act because of one bad experience, like maintenence arriving in an hour later than expected. Everyone is so quick to say a great experience was terrible, because of one little thing.
