I lived in the townhomes, yes they are very spacious with no insulation at all. I sweated in the summer & was freezing in the winter. When it snowed a big snow some of the snow came in through the patio crack. The neighbors were horrible, kids everywhere on your property with a basketball hoop right next door on their patio. Be careful up on moving out they will get you! Make sure you get a letter from them stating you can move out, some sort of addendum attached so you don't owe after you move out stating you didn't sign.
My roomate had a night job & good luck with parking near your home.
Do yourself a favor & move someplace else.
The basement leaked, the walls were extremely thin!
