It Could Be A Lot Better

Valley Forge isn't bad but it isn't good either. A wonderful place to live except for a few things... The mgmt staff can be rude and uncaring. Maintenance is ineffective. The coup de gras is the surprise air conditioning fee ($41!) that is added on to your rent from May to September. We all think it's a rip-off but complaining may get you evicted. Hire friendly staff, make the air fee part of the rent (and more spread out) and this place wouldn't be a bad place to live.
