If you like lying, money hungry cheaters then this is the place for you. Expect too many unannounced visits from management, outrageous charges, and your personal items to mysterious come up missing. Nothing is ever their fault, so you will be accused of anything and charged for anything they can come up with. Yes, the rent is cheap and the apartments are roomy, but you get what you pay for. Don't even bother talking to the manager or the one office employee. Do yourself a favor and stay far away.

It's no wonder they have so many empty apartments!

rent is cheap so why could you not pay your rent when you was suppose to then we would not had to evict you

I am considering renting from Valley Forge because it is so close to campus-- but I am outraged at these reports and the fact that the assistant manager would respond so immaturely on an online forum. First of all, you should learn from people's responses on here rather than attacking them, and second of all, learn sum englysh pahl!
