Nice Apartment Horrible Management

Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2000
I lived there for 2 1/2 years. I was never late on my payments, never threw loud parties, and in general consider myself to be a good tenant.
However the thanks I got when I moved out was a lawsuit for damage to the carpet that I never did. Thankfully I took pictures of the carpet before moving in and even documented the numerous times I asked management to replace the carpet (they refused.) Needless to say the judge threw out the bogus case.
Management is rude and the owner of the complex has a Napolean complex. She wants to rule the world.
I suggest finding a different apartment complex that has reasonable management. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
