I recently moved out of the Continental and I pretty much agree with the previous posting. The building is nice with good amenities and nice floor plans. Unfortunately there are way too many cons which caused me to move out. Parking is HORRENDOUS!!! I saw cars broken into, dinged up badly, and even had my own car keyed. There are bums everywhere and they constantly ask for money or try to sell you something. Occasionally a bum would make it into the supposedly secure building. A building is only as secure as it's weakest link and there are several weak links. Do not take their word on the building being as secure as it is. I can honestly say that I wasn't really scared for my safety, but I would be a bit concerned if I were a woman considering this place. Also, do not let the staff fool you into believing there are any parking spaces available in the garage...THERE AREN'T After all the issues I had with the free parking, I attempted to get a garage spot and was told there is a waiting list to get in there. I sat on that waiting list practically the entire time I lived there. As with the prior posting...do not consider this place at all unless you have a crappy car and are a guy. I recently purchased a new car and did not want there to be the chance of anything happening to it as would have surely occured had I stayed. The maintenance people were always curtious and fixed things quickly. The office staff were another thing. The main leasing guy is fine and didn't have any issues with him, but the manager and people higher than the main leasing guy were COMPLETELY unhelpful and very very unconcerned with any of the tenant's concerns. They lied about the parking situation in the beginning and then tried to make things sound better by advising me that the lot next door was being purchased which would open up the parking a bit. That has gone on for over a year now and still nothing has been done. There were several other instances to list, but I will leave it at this. Stay as far away from this place as possible if you are concerned about the issues I raised at all. I think the location is great and it was very nice to be in the downtown environment, but I've had enough. Good luck if you choose this place!

You know, I parked my car in the back lot for months without it ever getting damaged in any way - and I drive a pretty nice-looking Grand Prix.

After digging my car out of a foot of ice and snow this winter, I decided to pony up the $75/mo for a parking garage spot. If you lived and worked downtown, this would be the thing to do. I leave at 7:00am for work every day, so the side parking wasn't a problem before I got my garage spot.

I also have NEVER seen a homeless person in the building...maybe I've just missed them?
