I've lived at Victoria for almost 4 years and the reason I've been here so long is because of the affordable rental rate and the great land lord, Doug. The apartments are kept up very well and the laundry room is well equipped with the washer and dryers costing only 75 cents per load. I've never had any noise problems with the neighbors and with a gated parking area it is a safe place to live. The only reason I would leave would be to be closer to my office and for more floor space. If Doug ever has an apartment in the northeast part of Indy, I'll rent it! If you want to live downtown and a studio apartment suits your lifestyle, it would be very hard to find a place better than The Victoria.
