best landlord in Indy!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006 1 response   I live at 17th and pennsylvania at doug's 4 bedroom apartment he rents out, and its been nothing but good things to say! Unfortunately I will no longer live here once the lease is up, but its nothing to do with doug. If you were smart you'd grab an apartment from doug at victoria apartments.
