These studios are perfect for students like me. Great location one mile from IUPUI and nice freindly neighbors too. Doug screens everyone really well! Even runs them through the multi-state sex ofender thing-a-ma-jig. This is important to me! No creeps in the building at all. I'll hate to leave cause I know I won't find better...

The location is indeed great, I agree, but also like how they take such good care of us and the building, grounds, etc.
