I love everything about living here. The water went out for a couple hours but they had it fixed REALLY quickly. No complaints to think of. It is very safe and nice, really great. Nothing bad to say but I'm trying. Really too good to be true. Happy camper, I am. Oh! Never had a rent increase! That is a good thing!

Of course you have no complaints... you are the owner! This website is for actual tenants to rate their experience, not for landlords to advertise.

Why would the owner write such a bland nice review? If I were him and trying to talk up the place I'd go all out in saying how amazing it is. Even if you don't believe me (or now think that I'm the owner, which I'm not), it still doesn't explain how in apartment renting seasons there are often waiting lists to get in and tons of residents who have lived there for years. Clearly there are many who strongly disagree with you hoosierican!
