This is a very old building and is across from a --- strip-club. While I lived there, the walls were chipping off, and the windows were cracking. You have no control of the heater, so it can be either too cold or too hot. Most importantly, after I moved out, the landlord did not return my security deposit. Only after I asked him for it did he send it, and he had taken out over half of it for cleaning and carpet (even though I spent hours cleaning the apartment before I moved out!).

There were some other inconveniences of living there, like the little (almost non-existent) closet space... also, the resident's privacy is curtailed by the groundskeeper or the landlord constantly around overlooking when you go in and out of your apartment.

I don't think I'm the only one, I've seen other negative reviews of your apartments "poshdwn". Plus a lot of people just don't write reviews... but I'm sure I wasn't the only who was annoyed at the noise coming from the strip-club or the only one who had to turned on the oven to heat up the apartment at the begining of the winter... I'm just telling the truth of what happened to me while I lived at your apartments. That is what this forum is for.

In looking, most people who submit things are reporting bad things. But you Hoosier reported ONLY bad things. I mean, really. a ONE for grounds? The place looks like a garden in the spring, that's just a fact. ONE for safety? One for Office people? Frankly, I don't care if 100 people like you decide to slam apartments with zeros or ones but it is clear that you're biased.

Yes...bitter for some reason. We WANT the groundskeeper ans staff around ALL the time! Thats what makes this better than most buildings wher eyou never see the people and trash builds up and bad people move in. They are like guardians of their building. I really like that. They care.

I bet it was an eviction for non-payment. Don't listen to the bitter ones. This is a nice place to live.

landlord, landlord, landlord. If you were to randomly encounter two people who lived here and asked about the place, they'd tell you to look elsewhere. Bill and Doug are CREEPY. Doug isn't even really the landlord's name!!!
