Thsi is a great place. Most of the reviews are very accurate but a couple are WAY out of line and likely written by people who don't pay their rent or something. Case in point: studios are a bit small, but they are the same size as when you move in! And for the price you cannot beat it. Also, the rose colored walls have always been them same color since I've lived here for three years. To complain about it is just weird. I just hate to see anyone unfairly trash a places reputation for no good reason. I live here and love it. I will be moving in the Fall to Florida but for now, it is my home and I'm proud of it. It is an old building, lots of character, well-maintained, safe, quiet, and nice. The owner seems to care about each and everyones happiness. The landscaping is excellent. So, read all the reviews and don't let a sour dweeb or two tarnish an otherwise great place to live.

Me too...glad you share my good feelings about the Victoria. IT is a nice place to live and feels very safe.
