the apartments are falling apart. If they would just keep the place up it might be nice but they dont care enough to do so. I will not be renewing my lease

Just a comment quickly then I must go. This is the number one thing I like about my apartment building...the staff DOES care. In my eyes, they are busy all the time doing good work. The building look svery nice, never a bug, light buld burned out, or anyt such indications of problems. I liek it very much. Perfect for university student like myself.

I like the place very much. Have lived here for almost a year and nothing bad to say. Except I wish the Star Bucks next door would open!

I know lots of people here on my floor especially and you cannot be describing our Victoria, true? They are always painting and cleaning every single day and just last week they did the entire basement over so nice and shiny. Your review encouraged me to write one too, so thank you. But I am so surprised that our views can differ so very much here in the same building? I wold love to talk to you.
