I would not recommend this place... it is in a really bad neighborhood, with a lot of late-night noise coming from the stripclub across the street. The apartment is either too cold or too hot (you can't control the heater and there is no air conditioning). The walls chip off very easy, the windows are cracked, there have been mice sightings... The landlord and the maintenance guy are always around which may be annoying (for privacy issues). Plus the landlord will keep your security deposit even if you leave the apartment clean. This place is not worth the money or the aggravation.

Oh, and definitely it is the landlord who is writing all those good reviews and making up stuff. A tenant who was ripped off by the landlord has a good reason to come here an vent about it... but no tenant will spend so much time (and be so passionate) about defending the landlord. After reviewing the other reviews I see that it is you the one who is making bad comment of my home? You sound full of anger and unhappy. This is a nice place and it is my home. you need to speak the truth or not speak at all, as in all of life. I am single girl and feel very happy to live here. It is a lovely place and I enjoy being so pampered by staff at my every request. My neighbors all feel same for I have asked them of any problems after reading your hatful comment. Impossibel to objectivel give such a bad review. You must have problems in other parts of life to think such things. anyway, to the readers, no place is 100% perfection except for heaven but this building is pretty close. Keep eyes open when people say everything is bad. I personally am very happy with staff, buuildig, safety, security, convenience, location, and it is just the right size for one university student like me.

The only happy people here are young single girls. I happen to be a ------- who lived there. The landlord didn't know this, was always inviting me to the Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner. I went a couple of times and he even joked that it was paid for by the security deposit he kept from a tenant he "didn't like", I won't say the biased things he said about the tenant, but if you are a person of color, a male who will compete with his attention for the young girls or someone who doesn't buy his bs, he will treat you poorly and steal from you. He'll get caught one day. I just wish apartment ratings had a way to tell that he and his puppets are the one's putting up the good reviews, if they weren't, I'm telling you, the plaace would have less than a 50 percent review. He must spend a lot of time keeping up with this mess when he should focus the attention on being a proper property manager with good business practices. Just beware.

Oh what a mistake someone has made, for this is an excellent place to live. I don't like anonymous reportings. I say stand up for what you believe. So I do...and I like this apartment. That is all I have to say for such a bad reviewer.
