I have tried to look at these apartments several times with no sucess by the owner. I finally saw a girl going in and asked her if I could check her place out. She was nice enough to let me! She said she did not feel safe at all there and was moving out soon. I am so glad I ran into her and she was able to give me the real deal. Looking at all these ratings I thought it might be decent. Guess I was wrong. I am basing my rating on what she said the highs and lows were.

Second hand opinions offered by someone, on a blistering hot moving day, doesn't cut it for me. Why post an opinion of someone else? I'll stand by my wonderful firsthand opinion of living here. I don't think this listing even should be here...you'd have to lie on the sign-up form and claim that you do, right?

sounds like kinfesd is the owner to me, does that count as a tenant when he lives in a small town about 80 miles from the building with his family. He even uses a dba.

I must agree that your review doesnt not reflect our Victoria. Who knows what was on her mind on a moving day but perhaps the reason the people didn't invite you over to look around is that they stay full much of the time? In my opinion, it is a very pleasant, safe, fun place to live and all of my freinds think so too. My neighbors are very nice and the building is very nicely maintained. If you get the chance to see it sometime, you would like it.

It does seem like kinfesd and ulevaw are the owners... no one would come on here and "defend" the apartment that they rent because they would not come online to check the apartment finder website IF THEY ALREADY LIVE THERE!!! You ask, "well then who would check this website?" 1. people looking for a place to live (like me-and by the way I will not be living at what sounds to be a dump (so why the high% rating??). 2. the owners/landlords who make money when people choose their building over another property. Finally, kinfesd, it doesnt sound like a second hand opinion as the girl he/she asked ACTUALLY LIVES IN YOUR BUILDING and the girl allowed him/her in to see your dump of an apartment... so therefore the reviewer got to experience your shenanigans first hand!
