I am very happy here. I feel very lucky to find this place. It is full with no vacancies. I am lucky. The people always fix anything that breaks. I like seeing how much work goes on for out happiness. Painting, cleaning, inside and outside. Even in winter time. The bus is one block away. I ride the Clarion elevated train to school daily. It is so convenenient. My apartments is fresh and makes me feel good to come home. My neighbors are all nice too and their apartments all look as nice as mine. We got treats for day of valentines. My freind wanted to move in but there was no room. They said that in a month they might be able to have. Unlike other apartments here and in other countries, this one looks, smells nice and clean at all times. The laundry is so nice and efficient. Nice equipment. They recylce plastic, which is nice too. Nice to know they care so much. I recommend it to any nice people with a desire to have safe, clean, and surprisingly affordable place to live without any bad people living here, close to school and everything downtown. Ne Walgreens and Starbucks two blocks away. They have some good grocieries too. I do not like Indy buses, but they work ok. But apartment is so nice. This property is so very special to me. It is just like coming home, time and time again. It is beautiful in the summer out of doors.
