Hello,
I ve been living here for quite a while, and I like it.
It is safe here ---a total of 48 studios located in a three-story building DOUBLE secured with a locked hefty front door and a locked sturdy IRON gate---only members could get through by using a combination of keys and security code!
It is cozy here--- a total of about 40 residents, not too many, not too few, it is like a family, and everyone is very nice to one another. I also enjoy the peace and quietness here.
On top of all those, one could also enjoy the best management of the all the apartment complexes that I ve ever experienced----no kidding! The landlord himself is managing the property, who could take better care of the property than the owner himself'!
Plus, I do consider it as a good deal with the rate of rent I pay. Great location, only 3 to 4 blocks to the CENTRAL library, walking distance to IUPUI, and only 1 block to the beautiful Canal! The rent also covers almost ALL the utilities (I only pay electricity, since everything else from heating to stove are on gas, my electricity bill, most of the time, is only a single digit! I like it!).
Just wrote this so that if someone wants to find a good place to live, may find my honest opinion being informative.
