Don't believe the good reviews you see here... they were written by the landlord. This place is pretty bad. The apartment just crumbles before your eyes... there are even mice! Plus the landlord is creepy. There are so many better places around Indy... for instance, I recommend Harbour Pointe off of Fall Creek... staff is nice, apartments are spacious and clean and the price is reasonable. I could not understand what and why you said. Yes, it is old, but landlord is very nice, and I did not see any small animals so far. Should I regret for that I did not look at Harbour Pointe? What a pity!

Yes all these reviews seem so fake... I have never read another apartments reviews on here where the landlord (DOUG) is mentioned so many times and how he is soooo great! It seems like if you were really coming on here to write good reviews, you would mention the apartment, the price, the parking, etc and not "best landlord in INDY" and best apartment in downtown Indy" .. I smell homecooking for sure, DOUGLAS!

He didn't write mine....it's all 100% me! In my opinion, I may not be sure, but if you post things like that, anonymously, then you're just lying or mad because you didn't pay your rent? And I bet you can get into trouble for doing that. Like slander or something. But rest assured, my glowing review is all mine. :)
