I am a tenant living here for six months. The landlord provided the best service for my picky complain. (even I complained that the fridge was noisy, they fixed it very quickly!) They are always nice and warm. The cost here is pretty saving. I did not pay application fee, administration fee. Considering a big bill, location, and friendly neighborhood. This is in Downtown area, but I still feel safe in my apartment. Frankly, this is an old building, but I really like it.
