I stayed in the Victoria Apartments from January - May 2008 and I was very happy with my experience. The staff is very understanding and helpful whenever there is a problem. The building is a little old, but it has been kept up well and the studios are very nice for the cost. The only concern I had is that there is only street parking available unless you are lucky enough to get one of the assigned spots in the lot for an extra fee. I didn't have any problems while parking on the street except my car seemed to get dirty a lot quicker especially during the snow and rain.

Overall I would recommend the Victoria Apartments to anyone because the price is right, the staff is great, and the building is in a pretty good location. The only thing that could be improved is the parking situation but it isn't a big deal as long as you aren't expecting to park in a parking lot.

Great review neighbor...but my car gets equally dirty no matter where I park! :) Plus, I think they always have a couple of spots available in the lot?
