From my first experience exploring the model unit to my move-out day after 18 months, I was completely satisfied in every regard. The owner and manager of the Victoria Apartments Doug, clearly took great pride in making his complex a clean, safe, and functional environment. He was visably present on the grounds several times each week maintaining, inspecting, beautifying, and improving the facility. Considering that water, trash, and heating are included in the rent price along with fast, friendly responses to any needs I had, this place is well priced and a great place to live. I lived here for over a year until getting married and genuinely appreciated the care and uncommon courtesy extended by the management. Having lived in many apartments in my 35 years, the sense of community fostered here made it my most enjoyable apartment. I highly recommend the Victoria Apartments to single working professionals or students near downtown Indy.
