This was my first apartment all to myself, and it was a great find. The rent was affordable for me, cheap internet so I saved even more money, secure parking, and the building was nice and quiet. Landscaping was always lovely, the landlord was always accessible and helpful, even offered to help me with moving heavier items. As far as the complaints on here go, I disagree. For this kind of bargain, you would be lucky to find such a nice place, let alone a place where the landlord is so attentive. All in all, I highly recommend!
