My experience there was perfect....could not have ask for better...from an apartment at least. Good neighbors, quiet, easy-going...whenever something needed worked on it happened quick. I highly recommend. Great location. In fact, my ex-girlfriend just moved in there because I told her about the place a few months ago. There was a little waiting period so she is glad she finally got in, right before school started back for fall, '08. They're really nice people. So, yes, I recommend all the way.
