Everyone is entitled to their opinions, and I have a few to share. I like everything about living here. Location, safety, staff, neighbors. Especially thr neighbors. Nice not having to live next to a felon or anything. Every is really, really nice. The place stays full so plan ahead for moving in. It took me a couple months to get off the wait-list. For me, it is close to everything I need; rarely do I drive. So sure, check it out.
