I was going to move to indianapolis for school. I'm originally from california. I know I wasn't going to be able to check out the place before I moved in. But I was willing to risk it. I called the victoria about three months before I was going to move. The owner of the victorias was soo understanding. He completely understood in the position that I was in. I had never been in Indiana before and I was completely new with the entire city. He sent me an application and within two days I received it! He was so excited for me the entire time, cause he knew this would be my first apartment. I flew in to Indy not knowing anyone, but the owner of the victorias, Doug, helped me out in soo many ways. First of all he picked me up from the airport and took me to the aparment!! He also took and grocery shopping and helped me pick up my new bed!!! I could not say it enough, he is such a life saver!! When I saw the apartment, my jaw dropped it is sooo cute. It is a studio, but it doesn't just look like one plain room. It has character. The kitchen includes like a little bar.The tile in the bathroom is soo fancy. If I were you I would definitely check this place out. It won't kill you to do it. I guarantee that you will fall in love with just the outside and you won't be able to wait to see the inside.
I love this place! Everyone here is completely sweet. I'm such happy that I was able to find a place just one mile away from IUPUI. I don't regret ever moving into the Victoria Apartments, and I know you won't either.
