I lived here for a summer and found it to be amazing! Whenever there was a problem, the landlord had it fixed within 3 hours max. The location is amazing. I worked downtown and could walk to work, the Lockerbie area for groceries, to Crawford's Bakery, and even to Walgreen's. It's a great find! My studio was very well lit with huge windows. The downtown noise was not bad. The hospital sirens did not even wake me up at night. The building is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the canal, so that was great for getting around downtown and also for a running area. I would highly recommend living here!
